1. Built-in laptop tools

These built-in tests are what you should start with if you want to figure out what's wrong with your device. Sometimes you have a general idea of what the problem is, but running built-in diagnostic tests can still be quite helpful.

Boot Diagnostics

Inmost laptops, it is possible to run diagnostics before booting the operating system. This is called pre-boot diagnostics or boot diagnostics.
