After completing the diagnostics, the manager will contact you and agree on an acceptable repair option.

After completing the repair and receiving payment from you, the device is returned to the Justin branch in your city. Together with the device, you receive a certificate of completion with a guarantee.

In case of refusal to pay repairs, only the cost of diagnostics is paid.

Repairs or diagnostics are paid on our website or by invoice. Cash on delivery is not available for repairs.

The estimated (insurance) cost of one device should not exceed:
Laptops - UAH 10,000
Tablets and smartphones - 5,000 UAH
