We are proud to announce that in June 2019, the F1Center project signed an agreement with Lenovo about warranty and technical support for Lenovo products (PCG, personal computers, laptops and tablets) outside Ukraine, in Armenia, Belarus , Georgia and Moldova, thereby expanding the geography of their operations by another 4 countries of the REE region.

    

A network of partner companies in these countries has already begun work on warranty and technical support for Lenovo products. The management, coordination and support of the affiliate network is provided by F1Center from Kiev.

    

Work on the preparation of such a large-scale project started in the winter of 2019, starting with a cycle of business trips and negotiations with potential partner companies, preparing a contractual base, and organizing communications with partners. The integration of repair operations and the simultaneous ordering of spare parts allows for fast logistics, and as a result, high efficiency of the repairs being carried out. According to current data, over 87% of repairs are carried out now in a period of up to 5 days.
