Fast Diagnostics and Repair at Our Service Centers
F1Center service centers offer fast diagnostics and out-of-warranty repair for laptops, smartphones, and tablets.
If you bring your device in during the first half of the day, the diagnostic results will usually be available the same day. If the device is brought in after noon, the diagnostic results will be available the next day.
After the diagnostics, we will inform you about the cause of the issue, available repair options, the cost, and the estimated repair time. Repairs begin only after your approval.

When Diagnostics May Take Longer
Standard fast diagnostic timeframes do not apply to devices:
- affected by liquid damage;
- with severe mechanical damage;
- with intermittent issues that require extended testing to identify.
In such cases, the diagnostic timeframe is determined individually depending on the condition of the device and the nature of the issue.
Repair Quality
Diagnostics and repairs are performed by experienced F1Center engineers at fully equipped workstations using professional service equipment.
If replacement parts are required, after the diagnostics we will inform you about the available options and their cost. If the required part is in stock, the repair can be performed immediately after your approval.
After the repair, the device undergoes inspection and testing. All completed repairs and installed parts are covered by a warranty in accordance with F1Center’s terms and conditions.
